New workshops are offered on a rolling basis and are announced in the newsletter.
ABOUT THE NEWSLETTER
In an interview with Vogue, screenwriter Greta Gerwig said, “Writing alone can give you a very deep sense of satisfaction and lonely victory.” I think every writer can relate to that sentiment.
I started this newsletter in May 2020 because I wanted to help writers cultivate sustainable writing practices for themselves. It’s my hope that readers will come away from Lonely Victories with a new zest for their writing lives.
"I especially appreciate Winkler's emphasis on accountability for writers and her ideas for how to create it." —Mason Currey, author of the Daily Rituals series
